SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic and International Shipping Rates We are proud to offer FREE Standard Insured Shipping on all orders. We ship to the United States and selected international destinations.

Estimated Delivery Times Due to high demand and international logistics, please allow 7 to 14 business days for delivery once your order has been processed. Please note: These are estimates, and while most orders arrive within this timeframe, factors such as customs or local postal delays may occasionally extend delivery times.

How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

Shipping to P.O. Boxes Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your address falls into this category, we will contact you to ensure a smooth delivery.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Aura Essentials is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). (Note: For most orders under $800 USD sent to the United States, no customs duties are typically applied).
